UniCredit urges Commerzbank leaders to step down; issues €750M AT1
UniCredit says it is pressing for control of Commerzbank and is urging CEO Bettina Orlopp and chairman Jens Weidmann to quit. The bank also bolstered capital by issuing €750M PerpNC 12/2031 AT1 notes to support Tier 1 ratios.
