Ukraine talks expand to Lukoil asset deal, FT says
FT reports the Trump administration’s Ukraine talks with Russia now include a multibillion-dollar deal for Lukoil’s international assets. Putin reportedly raised the idea with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner at a Sept. 5 Kremlin meeting.
