Uganda export earnings up 10.2% y/y in July on higher commodity shipments
Uganda's export earnings rose 10.2% from a year earlier in July to $1.40 billion, driven by higher shipments of gold, cocoa and flowers, the finance ministry said. The value of gold shipments surged 35% to $788.45 million.
