UWM Holdings sets terms for 200M-share rights offering, backstopped
UWM Holdings says it will offer 200M Class A shares to holders of record on Oct. 2, 2026. The offering is backstopped to ensure at least $400M in gross proceeds via Oaktree option and obligations from Ishbia parties.
