USBC has entered into an unsecured promissory note with Goldeneye 1995 for advances up to $22.0 million to support general corporate and working capital needs. The note carries an interest rate of 8.5% per annum, with payments due quarterly starting December 31, 2026. It matures on September 25, 2029.
