USA Compression Partners to raise $600M via 6.75% notes
USA Compression Partners LP said it will raise $600M through 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2035 to repay its credit facility, and plans to move its primary listing from the NYSE to the Texas Stock Exchange in early October. The company expects to close around Sept. 18, 2026.
