US oil refiners' weekly capacity seen down 70,000 bpd - IIR
US oil refiners are expected to have about 636,000 barrels per day (bpd) of capacity offline for the week ending October 09, decreasing available refining capacity by 70,000 bpd, research company IIR Energy said.
