US cash grains: soy basis steady as rain slows harvest, corn flat
Spot soybean basis was steady to stronger in the US Midwest, while corn bids were little changed as weather-related harvest delays limited new-crop supplies. USDA said the US soybean harvest was 17% complete and corn harvest 18% complete by Sunday.
