Southern Green Canyon eased after the U.S. government offered to loan energy companies up to 40 million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Brent/WTI widened to as much as $13.30, the most since early May, while US crude stocks rose 1.02 million barrels, market sources said.
