US appeals court revives Seattle worker's anti-racism training bias claim
The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals said allegations over a six-year period could support a hostile work environment claim by former Seattle employee Joshua Diemert. The court largely upheld dismissal of his other claims against the city.
