(Adds details through) Oct 13 (Reuters) — Insured losses to onshore property from Hurricane Isaias is expected to be between $1 billion and $2 billion, data analytics firm Verisk said on Tuesday. Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin, Florida, last week, and left hundreds of thousands of residents without power. A
