UK sells 4.75 bln pounds of 2032 gilts at auction
Britain sold 4.75 billion pounds of conventional gilts due 2032 on Tuesday. The auction covered 3.07 times, compared to 3.34 times in the previous auction. The yield on the 2032 gilts was 4.847%, compared to 4.615% previously. The lowest accepted price was 98.934, down from 100.044 at the prior auction.
