UK housebuilder stocks rally after government confirms equity loan plan
Persimmon, Barratt Redrow, Taylor Wimpey, Vistry and Berkeley Group rose 6% to 23% after the government confirmed plans for a new equity loan programme for first-time buyers in next month's budget.
