UK's Wickes sees third-quarter trading pick up after reporting modest first-half profit rise
British home improvement retailer Wickes Group LSE:WIX said on Tuesday third-quarter trading had stepped up after it reported a marginal 1.1% rise in first-half adjusted pre-tax profit in an uncertain consumer environment.
