UDR Reports Preliminary Q3 Results, Raises 2026 Outlook
UDR expects Q3 net income of $0.67 per share and adjusted FFO of $0.65 per share, the high end of prior guidance. It raised full-year 2026 net income guidance to $1.58–$1.60 per diluted share and adjusted FFO guidance to $2.54–$2.56 per diluted share.
