UBM targets up to EUR 50 million green bond issuance, may upsize to EUR 100 million
UBM Development plans a Green Bond 2026-2031 issue with a 7% annual coupon and five-year tenor. An exchange offer for holders of its Green Bond 2023-2027 runs Sept. 28-Oct. 16, with cash subscription Oct. 6-Oct. 23 and settlement targeted for Oct. 30.
