U.S. Treasury buybacks eyed as investors wait for details
PGIM’s Robert Tipp says the U.S. Treasury will need to impress with increased long-term bond buybacks. The department will announce tomorrow morning the size of Thursday’s 10-year to 20-year bond buybacks.
