U.K. fiscal headroom pressured by higher rates and lower immigration
Deutsche Bank analysts say U.K. Chancellor John Healy faces much less fiscal flexibility before the autumn budget, estimating fiscal headroom at just over 8.5 billion pounds versus less than half the Spring Statement level.
