U.K. aviation system stabilizes after outage, Cirium says
Cirium said the U.K. aviation system stabilized significantly after an air-traffic-control outage grounded hundreds of flights earlier in the week. It said 54 of 3,028 flight arrivals scheduled at U.K. airports on Thursday were canceled or not operating.
