Tyra Bioscience reports Phase 2 results, raises about $400M
Tyra Bioscience said oral dabogratinib (60 mg QD) showed a 79% ORR and 64% CR in low-grade NMIBC in a Phase 2 study, and it is advancing to Phase 3. The company also is raising about $400M via a share and pre-funded warrant offering expected to close Sept 15, 2026.
