Trustmark completes $91.7M sale-leaseback with Blue Owl
Trustmark sold 34 bank branch properties for $91.7 million to Blue Owl and entered long-term triple-net leases to continue operations. Leases cover branches in Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and Texas, starting at $6.4 million in aggregate rent.
