Trump reaches diesel supply deal with Putin
President Trump said the U.S. reached an agreement for Russia to supply diesel fuel and temporarily ease sanctions tied to Russian diesel exports. The Treasury Department said OFAC issued a temporary license allowing Russian diesel on the global market until April.
