Trinidad and Tobago Discusses Venezuelan Crude Processing With Indian Firms
Trinidad and Tobago is in talks with ONGC Videsh and Oil India on processing Venezuelan crude at the Guaracara refinery, which is being reopened after more than seven years shut.
