Tribal Group says Jenzabar made possible offer at 111 pence a share
The board says it received an unsolicited, conditional proposal for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Tribal at 111 pence per ordinary share in cash. It says shareholders should take no action on the Jenzabar proposal and backs the improved Main Capital sale terms.
