Triad Business Bank Proposes $53.50 Cash Option for M&F Holders
Triad Business Bank confirmed it is Party A and disclosed Proposal Four to M&F Bancorp holders: $53.50 cash per share for up to 25% of shares, or 1.25 M&F shares per share. M&F’s board said the bid is not likely to be superior.
