Tourmaline Oil sells about 3.6m shares of Topaz stake
Tourmaline Oil reduced its minority stake in Topaz Energy to fund two acquisitions in Western Canada. It said it sold about 3.6 million shares of Topaz to third-party sellers, just over 2% of Topaz’s outstanding shares.
