TotalEnergies Adds 700 MW of Solar to KKR JV for $1.2B EV
TotalEnergies agreed with KKR to add 700 MW of U.S. utility-scale solar assets in Texas and Ohio to their 50/50 joint venture, reflecting a $1.2 billion enterprise value. The assets are expected online by Q1 2027; closing is expected in 2026, subject to conditions. TotalEnergies will operate them.
