Toro proposes spinoff of LPG carrier business into AI Okto
Toro Corp said it plans to spin off its liquefied petroleum gas carrier business into a new, independent publicly traded company called AI Okto. AI Okto would be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and its initial assets include two LPG carriers.
