Top Financial Group revises independent directors’ pay to US$50,000 cash annually from Oct. 1, 2026
Top Financial Group said it will replace equity awards with cash for its independent non-executive directors, effective Oct. 1, 2026, with total annual cash compensation of US$50,000.
