Tokenized bonds issued by REC, L&T and IIFL Finance
Rural Electrification Corp., Larsen & Toubro and IIFL Finance have conducted tokenized bond issuances, described as a technological milestone for India’s debt market. Participants say the transactions may remain largely ceremonial until a functioning secondary market is established.
