Tiger Financial Services closes acquisition, files final prospectus
Tiger Financial Services Inc. said it closed its acquisition of Tiger Financial Corporation on Sept. 17, 2026 and received a receipt for its final non-offering prospectus. The company also changed its name and will update the timing of its planned CSE listing under “BANQ.”
