ThyssenKrupp Steel targets separation, parent to keep minority stake
Thyssenkrupp outlined restructuring milestones for thyssenkrupp Steel Europe, including a 2025 labor agreement, 4,000 cuts toward 11,000 planned, and an HKM exit in summer 2026. Medium-term targets include at least EUR 1.2 billion adjusted EBITDA, an 11% margin and positive free cash flow.
