Thyrocare approves sale of entire Nueclear Healthcare stake for Rs 1.41 bln
Thyrocare Technologies Limited said it approved the sale of its entire shareholding in Nueclear Healthcare for consideration of Rs 1.41 billion. The company plans to purchase land and buildings from Nhl in Gurugram and Hyderabad, with consideration of Rs 205.9 million for the property purchase.
