Thule Group Chair Resigns After Holders Seek Board Changes
Thule Group received an extraordinary general meeting request from holders of approximately 28% seeking votes on board and chair changes. Chairman Hans Eckerström resigned with immediate effect; Per-Arne Blomquist is proposed as the new chair, alongside a proposal to reduce the board to six directors.
