Thryv to Sell Yellow and White Pages Assets for $142 Million
Thryv agreed to sell its Yellow and White Pages directories and related digital editions in the U.S., Australia and New Zealand, plus Australia White Pages, to Coldwater YP for $142 million in cash, subject to adjustments.
