Thor Medical cancels follow-on share offering
Thor Medical cancelled its planned subsequent offering of up to 9,400,000 new shares priced at NOK 4.8 each. The decision followed trading in the stock at prices close to or below NOK 4.8 since the NOK 300 million private placement.
