Thompson Thrift plans 284-unit luxury apartment development near Denver
Thompson Thrift will develop Alasso, a mixed-use project in Golden, Colorado, with 284 luxury apartments and about 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The project will include a 430-space parking garage on a roughly 9.3-acre parcel on S. Golden Road, with first resident move-ins expected in early 2028.
