Third Life World signs control share purchase agreement for TMGI
Third Life World said it signed a definitive agreement to acquire voting control of Transglobal Management Group through a control share purchase deal. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including transfer-agent processing and filing of a Series B certificate of designation.
