The Wyoming Reserve introduces escrow benefit for accredited investors
The company said funds received from accredited investors in 2026 will be held in interest-bearing escrow with Citizens Bank, N.A. and may be withdrawn before a closing expected on or about January 15, 2027. Shares would be issued at the lower of the prior quarter's share repurchase value or December 31, 2026 value.
