The Ensign Group Expands Operations into Florida and Other States
The Ensign Group, Inc. has expanded its operations into Florida with the acquisition of Englewood Heights facility in Pensacola, effective October 1, 2026. The company also acquired seven Colorado and four Washington facilities, along with five facility real estate assets through its REIT.
