The Thai baht is weakening against the dollar due to headwinds such as slow growth in Thailand, limited fiscal space, and net foreign portfolio outflows, according to MUFG Bank. Higher oil prices are also expected to worsen Thailand's terms of trade and widen its oil deficit.
