Tethys Petroleum says Kazakhstan gasoline/diesel excise coefficient rose
Tethys Petroleum Limited says Kazakhstan raised the excise coefficient on gasoline and diesel to 95% from 50%, retroactive to Sept. 1, 2026, expecting lower downstream margins and cash generation.
