Terna CEO Says Data Centre Connection Requests Top 100 GW
Italy's grid operator has received nearly 600 data centre connection requests totaling more than 100 gigawatts, CEO Pasqualino Monti said. He said the requests far exceed the real capacity to implement the projects.
