TeraWulf Expands Revolving Credit Facility to About $400 Million
TeraWulf amended its senior secured revolving credit agreement, raising total commitments from $250 million to approximately $400 million effective October 23, 2026. The amendment adds an uncommitted option for approximately $150 million more, subject to lender availability.
