Tenet to issue $1.5B senior notes for 2034 refinancing
Tenet Healthcare Corporation (THC) announced a private placement of $1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of new senior notes due 2034 to refinance $1.5 billion of currently outstanding notes. Completion is subject to conditions.
