Techbase Industries converts loan stocks into new shares
Techbase Industries Berhad will issue 200,000 new ordinary shares at MYR 0.20 each upon conversion of Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks (ICULS) at a ratio of 4 ICULS for 1 new share. The company's issued share capital will increase to 313,481,988 shares, with a total value of MYR 133,422,224.
