TechForce Robotics to Acquire CoWoS Inspection Technology for Up to 8 Million Shares
TechForce Robotics entered an asset purchase agreement with Jun Long Machine for specified technology, designs and know-how for automated optical inspection equipment used in advanced semiconductor packaging. Consideration includes preferred shares convertible into 6 million common shares.
