Tata group shares rise on report of new five-year term
Shares of Tata group companies rose after a report said Tata Sons’ board approved a fresh five-year term for executive chairman N. Chandrasekaran. TCS gained 1.7%, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles rose 5.4%, and Tata Motors also advanced.
