TScan CFO and CMO to Depart Under Separation Agreements
TScan will terminate the employment of CFO Jason A. Amello and CMO Chrystal Louis under confidential separation agreements. Their separation dates are set for on or before November 1, 2026, but could be earlier if they commence other employment or consulting.
