TSX falls 0.4% as US jobs data boosts Fed rate-hike bets
Canada’s main TSX index opened lower Friday after stronger-than-expected U.S. jobs data increased bets on a Federal Reserve rate hike this month. The S&P/TSX Composite Index fell 0.4% to 36,494.42 by 09:44 a.m. ET.
